THE FLASH director talks about a possible sequel with DC Studios

Warner Bros. recently premiered the DC Studios film The flash at CinemaCon and it seemed like almost everyone in attendance loved that movie. I expected it to be fun and entertaining, but I didn’t expect it to be as good as it was. That movie made me and a bunch of other fans cry at the end of the movie because of how epically emotional it was. You can watch our reaction video here.

This film will be a hit with DC fans and audiences and make a lot of money at the box office. The big question is… will there be a sequel? Does the movie really fit what James Gunn and Peter Safran are planning for DC Studios? Director Andy Muschietti recently weighed this question after the screening, telling CB:

“We haven’t talked about it. I think we’re all waiting to see how this movie goes. Obviously, there’s excitement about continuing the story, especially if this movie is successful. Obviously, there’s an architecture in DC that’s beer, and it’s created. And the question is, is this new architecture going to absorb this history? The good thing about the multiverse is that it’s possible. The multiverse allows all these different worlds to coexist and interact. So hopefully, yes. We don’t know yet . This is the truth.”

It’ll be interesting to see what happens with this movie, and if it gets a sequel, it’ll be interesting to see what that story is because it’s hard to think it could be any better than what this first movie offers us. . Then there is everything that will happen with Ezra Miller. As you know Miller, he went off the rails and did a lot of terrible things. The actor did a remarkable role as Barry Allen in this film, but will WB invite him back for more future films after what he did? They are evaluating it.

In the movie, “Worlds Collide The flash when Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time to change the events of the past. But when her attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry is trapped in a reality where General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no superheroes to turn to. That is, unless Barry can convince a very different Batman to come out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian… though not the one he’s after. In the end, to save the world he’s in and return to the future he knows, Barry’s only hope is to run for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?”

The film is also the protagonist Michael Keatonwho’s back as Batman, Ben Affleck like Batman, e Michael Shannon like Zod, with Ron Livingstone AND Maribel Verduwho play Barry’s parents. Saoirse-Monica Jackson (Derry girls) and Internet personality Rudy Mancuso will also appear.

The flash will be released on June 16, 2023.
