In the series: “When a beloved varsity quarterback goes missing during the ‘Satanic Panic’ of the late 1980s, a band of struggling high school heavy metal outcasts realize they can capitalize on the town’s sudden interest in the occult by building a reputation as a Satanic metal band, until a bizarre string of murders, kidnappings and reported “supernatural activity” sparks a skin-studded witch hunt that leads directly back to them.
Campbell will play Chief Dandridge, described as “a small-town police chief whose understanding of his community is tested after a disturbing string of murders, disappearances and unexplained phenomena.”
It looks like it’s going to be a great series, and I love that Bruce Campbell has signed on for it. This seems like a big project for him and the show will be so much better with his involvement.
