Tubi has released a trailer for his new unscripted feature titled Dead hot. It follows Vanessa Hudgens while taking a trip to Salem, Massachusetts with her friend GG Magree to explore the paranormal and witchcraft.

Hudgens and Magree are “self-taught students of witchcraft and have experienced and connected with the spirit world for most of their lives. After a ghost hunt goes wrong, they realize they must seek proper mentorship and training. Together they embark on a pilgrimage to Salem, Massachusetts, with cameras covering their journey, for a lesson in witchcraft.
Along their journey, they meet respected local experts in witchcraft and seek a deeper understanding of the supernatural. In the process, they have “unexpected personal revelations, including a deeper discovery of self-identity, newfound self-love, empowerment, and sisterhood.”
The documentary film has been described as “The job meet The simple life.” Tubi said in a statement, “Debuting at a time when witchcraft is undergoing a massive resurgence (#WitchTok has amassed over 40 BILLION views to date), Dead hot is bound to captivate audiences of all ages, from beginners to seasoned witches. It is a must see!”
The film is said to be an “intimate journey into the supernatural realm” as well as a “coming-of-age story that explores identity, girl power, and sisterhood.”
