Fantasy Flight Games announces the cooperative board game MARVEL DAGGER

DAGGER Marvel is a new cooperative board game from Fantasy Flight Games. The game supports 1 to 5 players who will take on the roles of various heroes from the Marvel universe to stop the bad guys. One of the key mechanics of the game will be combos where multiple heroes work together to become more effective. There seems to be potential. You can read all the details about the combos on the FFG website, but I’ll summarize some of the other items below.

The Earth is in danger. Nefarious forces threaten the world as we know it, and it’s up to a small band of heroes to come to its rescue. With minions of the enemy closing in and innocents in danger, our heroes will have to work together to stop the villain’s plans and save the world. But will they be able to save him in time?

In Marvel DAGGER, 1 to 5 players work together to challenge the forces of evil. Play as iconic heroes like Spider-Man, Daredevil and Black Widow and race around the world to complete missions, fight enemies and face the final showdown against the nemesis. Choose the best look for your hero, perform amazing combos and wait for the perfect moment to unleash your ultimate ability. Team up with your allies and face dangerous threats as you become the greatest hero in the world!

When you play, each player will choose from 20 heroes that the game will start with. You will also have to choose heroic skins that will give you access to different actions. Each aspect will have pros and cons, so there will be plenty of options to sort through and find the best fit for your play style.

In DAGGER Marvel, players will have to take down a nemesis. This is the character causing problems for your party to solve. You’ll run around the world completing missions and defeating enemies, but nemesis is behind it all. Each of the four nemeses will have unique missions and ways they will wreak havoc for your playgroup.
