Joseph Gordon Levitt (Start, 500 days of summer), Shailene Woodley (The blame in our stars, Little big lies), AND Richard Maden (game of Thrones, Eternals) have joined the cast of the thriller Killing heat. The Amazon Studios film will be based on Jo Nesbo”The Jealousy Man” 2021 short story.

“The film centers on twin brothers (Madden) caught up in a violent love triangle on a remote Greek island, and a damaged detective known as ‘The Jealousy Man’ (Gordon-Levitt), who is called in to investigate.”
Philippe Lacote will direct from a script written by Robert Bentivegna (Gucci house), with reviews by the Oscar and BAFTA nominated screenwriter Matthew Charman (Bridge of Spies, Betrayal). In addition to starring in the film, Gordon-Levitt will also executive produce the project alongside Makeready’s Nesbø, Niclas Salomonsson, Tom Karnowski and Collin Creighton. Makeready’s Oscar Montemayor is an associate producer.
