John Boyega has made peace with the role that previously scared him of becoming famous, but now says it “made him a man”.
The star of JJ Abrams war of stars Reboot previously called out Disney for its treatment of its character Finn, Stormtrooper resistance fighter.

“What I would say to Disney is, ‘Don’t bring up a black character, market them as far more important to the franchise than they are, and then sideline them. That’s not good.’ “

“I feel like the bow that JJ was trying to tie, that’s where I feel comfortable with his release. And I’ve been enjoying it as a fan ever since The Mandalorian And Obi Wan Kenobi. I enjoy the balance of all things.”
