Netflix and Hasbro Release New MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS: ONCE AND FOREVER Key Art

On April 19, Netflix and Hasbro will go wild Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once and Forever. This is the 30th Anniversary Special and the fans are thrilled! We will see the return of several previous Rangers including David Yost as Billy Cranston, Catherine Sutherland as Kat Hillard, Johnny Yong Bosch as Adam Park, Karan Ashley as Aisha Campbell, Walter Emmanuel Jones like Zack Taylor, e Steve Cardenas as Rocky De Santos. We will also meet Trini’s daughter Minh who will be played Charlie Kersch.

[The Rangers come] face to face with a familiar threat from the past. In the midst of a global crisis, they are called upon once again to be the heroes the world needs. Inspired by the franchise’s legendary mantra “Once a Ranger, Always a Ranger”, Once & Always reminds everyone when you become a Ranger, you’re always part of the Ranger family, and you’re always welcome.

There is still a lot of mystery around Once and always, but a new key graphic has recently been released which is very cool. First, we have six classic Ranger characters in the cast, plus one new character, but the key image only highlights four: Billy, Zack, Kat, and Rocky in their Mighty Morphin costumes. In previous photos we’ve seen Aisha and Adam wearing uniforms reminiscent of SPD and we know they say SPA, so I’m wondering if this plus the new key art is sharing that they won’t transform for the special. The key graphics also give us a glimpse of what appears to be a machine version of Rita Repulsa. It has already been revealed that Barbara Goodson she’ll be reprising her role to voice Rita Repulsa and this is our first look at what to expect from the villain. I’m definitely getting the Machine Empire vibes, which is exciting.
