As Sony continues to build its Spider-Man cinematic universe, the company is clear about what has been such a hit with fans, and it’s not “Morbius.” Now yes, Tom Hardy has confirmed that he will return to play Eddie Brock once again, and ensures that ‘Venom 3’ has already officially entered the pre-production phase.

Through his Instagram account, Tom Tardy confirmed it ‘Poison 3’ it is in pre-production with a behind the scenes video of the film. Within the video, the actor states that the Sony film has officially entered the next stage of development, where stories are being prepared, and since Hardy is a producer, he must be involved in the process.

just last year, Sony Pictures has given the green light to ‘Poison 3’, where Tom Hardy confirmed that the writing process for the film had begun and where he said the franchise was coming to an end. Although he did not reveal more details about it, it is known that the film is scheduled for release in the following year 2024, although there is no information on the start of filming.

A voice assures that ‘Poison 3’ could start recording in June of this year, and finish shooting for the month of September, which seems quite rushed, i.e. only 4 months in the recordings. Tom Hardy reveals deleted scene from ‘Venom 2’

While providing status updates for “Venom 3,” Tom Hardy also revealed a deleted scene via an Instagram video, from “Let there be Carnage.” Eddie Brock and the symbiote can be seen in the sequence arguing on their way to a hospital entrance, but the exact reasons this scene was cut from the final cut is unknown.

After a brief appearance in “Spider-Man: No Way Home”, Eddie Brock returned from Earth 616, but left a portion of the symbiote in the MCU upon his return. So far, one of the big questions in Sony’s spider universe is whether a new Spider-Man will appear and whether he will tie directly into the events of “Madame Web.”

In any case, ‘Venom 3’ could be, now yes, Eddie Brock’s quest to find the Spider-Man of his world. And if it does happen, it could be one of the biggest surprises yet to come in the Sony Pictures universe. So far, the release date is unknown but it is expected to be announced soon.
