When The Real Housewives of New Jersey returns for Season 13 on February 7, fans will meet the promising newcomer Raquel Fuda. The 31-year-old actor joined the show as a close friend of Melissa Gorga‘s, which put her in an awkward situation with theresa leads for the drama of the years spent between the Gorga and the Giudici. So when Rachel appeared in the latest episode of hollywood lifeIn real housewives podcasts, Pay attention Puh-Lease!provided EXCLUSIVE information about his “unfortunate” run-in with Teresa that fans will see in the new season.
“I don’t know if Teresa gave me a fair chance because I’m friends with Melisa,” Rachel told us. “I don’t necessarily blame her, because I don’t know if she would have welcomed me with open arms either,” she added. “But it’s a shame because I feel like I could have connected with her on a deeper level.”
Raquel, who has three children with her husband. joao fudaexplained that he might have bonded with Teresa due to their four daughters being the same age as Rachel’s teenage son, jaiden. But due to Rachel’s close friendship with Melissa, who doesn’t even talk to Teresa anymore, that was never going to happen.
“He wasn’t turning away from me or anything,” Rachel clarified of Teresa, 50. “I feel like we could have talked more and got to know each other better if he was there jennifer aidinhis friend.”
From rhonj cast as a whole, Rachel confirmed that it’s a “divided” group this season. This was evident last year at BravoCon, which took place after filming for the season. There were two separate panels at the New York event for the women of Jersey: one with Teresa, Jennifer and Dolores Cataniaand another with Melissa, daisy josephAND Jackie Goldschneider.
“It’s divided. And it sucks,” said Rachel, who is one of three newcomers in season 13, along with Daniela Cabral AND Jennifer Fesler. “We weren’t like that. It was not like this. We’re in the cast and we’re doing this show together and we’re experiencing things together that other people have never experienced in their lives.
Rachel also said on the podcast that the “polarized” dynamic between the cast happened instantly. “I’m like, what the hell happened here guys? Where did they all go? It’s like we’re here and they’re there,” she said. “It sucks. It’s very sad.”
