Momentum Pictures has released a trailer for a new body horror film titled Swallowedand it looks like a pretty awful and creepy movie.

The film’s brief synopsis reads, “After a drug rush goes awry, two friends must survive a nightmarish ordeal of drugs, bugs, and horrific intimacy in this horror thriller.”
The film comes from the writer and director Carter Smith (The ruins), and was also described as “Dripping with blood and pus, Swallowed is a queer body horror with all the bare flesh and shocking violations of a classic midnight flick.”
The film is the protagonist Jena Malone (The Ruins, Neon Demon), Marco Patton (A nightmare in Elm Street 2: Freddy’s Revenge), Cooper Koch (by Blumhouse them/them), and rookie talent Jose Colon star.
The film will be released on VOD and digitally on February 14, 2023.
