The film is titled ‘Back to Black’, the title of the album that launched Winehouse to worldwide stardom and one of her most popular songs, and is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson (‘Fifty Shades of Grey’, ‘In a Thousand Pieces ‘). . The choice to play Winehouse is Marisa Abela, a 26-year-old British actress known for her role in the HBO series ‘Industry’, and which we can already see characterized as Winehouse in the first official image of the film.
