Two years must have passed since the crimes of Ezra Miller began to play out, so that the actor now finds himself before the law. The ‘The Flash’ star appeared in court in Bennington, Vermont on Friday, Jan. 13, to plead guilty to the search of an unoccupied house he broke into to steal alcohol. Now, the actor has accepted a year of probation.
In court, Ezra Miller has agreed to spend a year on probation, under an agreement with the relevant authorities, in which he will avoid spending time in prison. The ‘Flash’ actor has pleaded guilty to a felony in the United States, Variety reported. He also had to pay a fine of just $500, undergo tests for alcohol and drugs, and finally seek help for his mental health.
As part of the deal, Ezra Miller will have to undergo 41 random drug tests and therapy sessions, as part of the conditions of his release. His representatives in the case came out to say a few words: “Ezra wants to thank the court and the community for their trust and patience during this process and, once again, wants to acknowledge the love and support he has received from his family.” and friends, who continue to be a vital presence in her mental health.”
If it went differently, Ezra Miller could have spent 25 years in prison, for a maximum penalty for theft charges. However, some of his felonies have been dismissed, and his attorneys have been able to negotiate much of his litigation in recent years, such as his arrest twice in Hawaii, the assault on a citizen, and the time the movie actor hanged himself on a woman, and that was the first scandal.

Ezra Miller’s parole could affect ‘The Flash’
But, while it sounds like good news for the ‘Fantastic Beasts’ actor, Ezra Miller’s probation could affect ‘The Flash’ premiere. Some media outlets say this legal settlement could prevent the actor from appearing on the red carpets for the presentation of the film that will change everything in the DC Extended Universe.
Well, various sources claim that Ezra Miller could not appear in ‘The Flash’ press conferences, despite being the protagonist. Recent rumors claim that DC Studios and Warner executives have also been so pleased with Miller’s improvement that they’re reportedly considering continuing to work with him, despite the EUDC reboot.
Allegedly, Miller has been receiving psychological treatment for a few months, which he will need to continue receiving for at least another year. While ‘The Flash’ is perilously close to premiering him on June 16, though there’s still nothing confirmed about the actor’s continuity in the company.
