Pedro Pascal asked permission from Disney for ‘The Last of Us’

Pedro Pascal’s schedule is so tight, especially after the success of ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘Wonder Woman 1984’, that the actor had to ask Disney for permission to work on ‘The Last of Us’. The Hollywood Reporter says so.

The Chilean actor says that the recordings of ‘The Last of Us’ and ‘The Mandalorian’ were so close that he had to adjust to his work schedule: “Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are creatively not limited to the way which things normally do. We improvised making myself available for everything they need. I’m reluctant to reveal anything because I don’t want to spoil any plot surprises.”

Luckily, Pascal was able to match the times to work with the two series simultaneously, and for both to arrive on time and in shape according to both companies’ plans. Now all that remains is to wait for the return of Din Djarin to the ‘Star Wars’ universe, as many know Joel’s tragic story for the first time.
