In Vermont, where the incident occurred, the law provides for a fine of no more than $500 and/or no more than three months in prison for a third-degree burglary charge. Miller’s penalty would be compounded by an additional $192. In the event of a first-degree burglary of an occupied home, the sentence shall not exceed 25 years and/or a fine not exceeding $1,000. If Miller manages to downgrade the offense to second, the prison sentence is reduced to one year.

Redemption

His next project to see the light after much drama is ‘The Flash’, which will be released on June 16, 2023. Directed by Andy Muschietti, the film had to deal with delays due to filming and the many legal problems its protagonist has had in recent months have not favored its promotion. The actor, whose close associates have come to say he has lost touch with reality and has delusions of the messiah while living a life of a wanderer, has publicly apologized for his behavior and said he cures his “complex mental problems”. He also met with Warner Bros. and even returned to the set to shoot other scenes the film needed. This change in his statement before the magistrate would be one more step on her path to redemption to regain control of his life and career.

Probably let’s see the next trailer of ‘The Flash’ on February 12th during the Super Bowl broadcast, although this has not been directly confirmed by the manufacturer. In addition to Miller, the film stars Michael Shannon, Ron Livingston, Temuera Morrison, Maribel Verdú, Sasha Calle and Kiersey Clemons, and features the Batman returns of Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton. ‘The Flash’ is influenced (but not directly based) on the Flashpoint comics and in it we will see how Barry Allen goes back in time to prevent his mother’s murder and the consequences this will bring to his timeline. ‘The Flash’ will be released in theaters on June 16, 2023, to coincide with ‘Spider-Man: Crossing the Multiverse’ and with the new Disney-Pixar: ‘Elemental’.
