Miller explained in an interview with SFX Magazine:
“Our books over the next few months lead to a crossover, uniting all of the Millarworld franchises. There’s actually 24 franchises in total if you count series like Kick-Ass, Kingsman and Hit Girl, so we’re putting them into one mega-story.” , which brings them all together”.
This could either end up being something incredibly awesome with all the crossover possibilities or it will be a dud. It would be great if Millar and her creative team were actually able to pull off something amazing! When the project was previously talked about, cartoonist Pepe Larrazwho illustrated the Big Time series, told CBR:
“Ever since I started thinking about drawing American comics, I’ve always wanted to work with Mark Millar. Who wouldn’t? But what I never could have expected is to work on something that fits together and brings together so many series that Mark has written. This is a huge privilege for me and I can’t wait for you all to see it.”
Not much is known yet about the series or how it will connect Millarworld’s wild and insane lineup of comics and characters, but I can’t wait to see how it pans out. What do you think of this ambitious crossover plan?
