‘She-Hulk: Lawyer She-Hulk’: Comic Writer Says It’s Most Faithful MCU Series To The Comics

Slott, aware that there are people who argue that the series does not respect the essence of cartoons, has published on his Twitter account his opinion against this belief: “Anyone who says the TV series ‘She-Hulk: Lawyer She-Hulk’ wasn’t faithful to the comic… I’m the guy who wrote more issues of She-Hulk than anyone else. I’ve read every comic from every stage of She-Hulk. And I say, for the record, that it’s the most faithful to the comics series in the MCU.” Faced with the replies he received saying that this is not the point of the debate around the project, that no one was discussing it, he limited himself to saying: “Yes. They have it. A lot.”

In this much-commented moment, Slott took to Twitter to to explain there should not be any problem: “People are upset that She-Hulk is twerking for fun with a celebrity she likes… Somehow they don’t have a problem with Tony Stark having a stripper pole on his private jet in “Iron Man” with women Tony Stark paid to dance for his pleasure.”

Is She-Hulk back?

Despite the noise that hate always makes on the internet, it shouldn’t be ignored that both the series and the character have behind them a large number of fans who want to see Jennifer Walters again. There’s currently no confirmed season 2 or She-Hulk appearance in another project, but Tatiana Maslany, actress who brings Jen to life, believes she should return in the most unimaginable way: “I wasn’t expecting this character, I wasn’t expecting where she was going. I wasn’t expecting these little weird moments that she’s in… So for me it’s really about being surprised, you know? Because she’s so flippant, so if I’m waiting or want something in particular, probably the best option is to do the exact opposite”.
