Marvel ECHO’s HAWKEYE spin-off series may not be released until 2024

Wonder Hawk eye spin-off series Echo it seems to be going through some major problems. Earlier this month, series lead writer Marion Dayre said the series wouldn’t be released until December 2023 or some point after. Now Murphy’s Multiverse is saying the Echo won’t debut until early 2024.

There have been reports regarding some behind the scenes issues with the project. A report came out saying they were “very very worried about Echo. Previous Marvel [productions] They’ve been reported to have issues but they’ve come out fine, so I generally don’t worry, but… I’m concerned. Hoping I was wrong to be.”

The report continued, “My understanding is that the issues I’m hearing about (and others) with Echo are with the production itself. Not the character or actress or even the Daredevil/Kingpin stuff.”

There are also reports that the project was shut down in the middle of post-production and at one point it was said that Marvel could pull a DC and cancel the series the same way DC canceled. Bad girl. But, according to the showrunner and this recent report, that may not be the case, and we’ll have to wait a lot longer for it to be released.

Marvel is obviously trying to figure out some things regarding the series, even if they have some decisions to make. The series was originally supposed to be released in early 2023.

In the series, “Echo’s origin story revisits Maya Lopez, whose unforgiving behavior in New York City catches up with her in her hometown. She must face her past, reconnect with her Native American roots, and embrace the meaning of family and community if he always hopes to go on”.

The Echo series was developed by Ethan Cohen and Emilia Cohen, who are writers and executive producers on the show. The series is the protagonist Alaqua Cox, Charlie Cox, Vincent D’OnofrioZahn McClarnon, Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Cody Lightning, Devery Jacobsand Graham Green.
