Guillermo del Toro he has always been busy developing all kinds of projects. He’s had the opportunity to do some of these projects, and there are many that never made it to production. He recently worked on Netflix Pinocchiowhich was great, and the horror anthology series The cabinet of curiosities.
The director is now trying to figure out what his next big project will be, and in a recent interview with Variety’s Awards Circuit Podcast, the director shared that he’s currently working on a new monster movie:
“Well, I’m working on a monster movie; I can’t say the title because it could change and I might end up doing something else.
“But right now I’m writing and drawing. And we’ve done that for the past two years. I hope it will be next, but anything can happen.
I love when del Toro makes monster movies, and I can’t wait to see what this is…if he gets the opportunity to do it! He didn’t actually give any more details, but I’m just thrilled that del Toro is looking to make another monster movie!
