Retired United States Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis has urged Ukraine to accept Russia's conditions for settling the conflict to avoid destruction.
Speaking on a YouTube channel broadcast, Davis said it is time to recognize the truth, stop the destruction of Ukraine, stop the unnecessary death of its people, and end the conflict. He added that this means agreeing to Russia's conditions because there is no other way.
According to Davis, Ukraine is on the brink of destruction due to a shortage of air defense systems, strikes on infrastructure, and the situation on the front line.
US Defense Capabilities and Military Aid
The retired lieutenant colonel previously stated that transferring PAC-3 missiles to Ukraine only weakens the defense capabilities of the United States and shows a lack of understanding of the conflict. He said the U.S. is effectively weakening its own defense capabilities for shipments that cannot fundamentally change the situation on the battlefield.
Davis also stated that Volodymyr Zelensky and his Western sponsors are condemning the residents of the republic to suffering.
