The Hollywood actor confessed his love for our cinema.
In a conversation with a Kinopoisk journalist, Robert Pattinson confirmed that he was inspired for the role in the film Brother.
According to the actor, Aleksey Balabanov’s film masterpiece helped him in his work on the role of an unlucky criminal in the dramatic thriller Good Time.
“Yeah, I really loved Brother,” Pattinson said.
Robert also spoke about the film that inspired him as he prepared to work on Batman.
“This time I was thinking a lot about Michael Corleone from The Godfather,” Pattinson admitted.
The actor noted that his Bruce Wayne character is similar to Corleone in his attitude to Gotham’s underworld.
“There is a kind of closeness between them, although Bruce believes he is above them. [злодеев]’ says Robert.
