The new couple were finally spotted on a night out together in Brooklyn on Nov. 16, after news broke that they were a romantic item. Pete’s relationship with Emily comes just four months after his split from Kim, and hollywood life there’s EXCLUSIVE on the reality star’s reaction when Pete is already moving out.

“Kim has known Emily for a while and she approves of them dating,” a Kim source tells HL. “She thinks you’re cute and is so happy that she’s found someone who is more of her speed than her and on the same wavelength as her. They live in the same city, are close in age, and have worked together on various projects, including the photo shoot they both talked about. She is heavily immersed in the New York City scene, just like him. They meet a lot of the same people and run through the same crowds, so Kim feels like they’re a good match.”

Our source continued, “Kim thinks Emily is a wonderful woman and a good mother. She admires how hardworking she is. Kim truly appreciates any woman who can balance motherhood with a career because she knows how hard it is.” The source also confirmed that Kim, who dated Pete from Oct. 2021 to July 2022, hasn’t communicated with the Saturday night live pupil on his 29th birthday on 16 November. “She will always have nothing but love for him and she will always want the best for him, but they are no longer together. Obviously, she hopes she has the happiest birthday of his life,” the source shared.

A second source close to Kim EXCLUSIVELY revealed that the SKIMS founder and Pete “kept in here and there for a while after they broke up, but it got called off.” The source clarified that “there’s no drama” between the exes. “It’s easier to carry on this way. Kim wants to be respectful, so now that Pete is dating Emily, she definitely won’t try to call him on her birthday, she’s good with boundaries and is really nice to Emily, she thinks it’s cool.” We reached out to Kim’s rep for comment .

On Nov. 16, Pete and Emily were spotted together inside a Brooklyn apartment building, marking the first video of the two together. Pete picked Emily up at her apartment and she greeted the comedian with a hug.
