Deadline’s Sound & Screen Film Awards season event last week featured the music and scores of nine live awards season films, in which composers and songwriters perform their work with the help of a 60-piece orchestra to a live audience at UCLA’s Royce Hall . exported.

The evening also included panel discussions with composer Alexandre Desplat (Pinocchio by Guillermo del Toro), Michael Abel (no), Benjamin Wallfisch (Thirteen lives), Emilie Levienaise-Farrouch (life), Pavel Mykietyn (E.O) and Ludwig Göransson (Black Panther: Wakanda Forever); Songwriter Diane Warren (Tell it like a woman) and Robin Pecknold (wild cat); and Ian Eisendrath, Executive Music Producer of Funny.

Studios attending Thursday’s event included Netflix, Universal Pictures, Amazon Studios, Samuel Goldwyn Films, Apple Original Films, Sideshow and Janus Films, Sony Pictures Classics and Walt Disney Studios.
