Pip is a regular visitor to Fluidform Pilates, an exercise method by Kirsten King that has become popular in Sydney thanks to her celebrity clients.
“In my early thirties, I spent a lot of time doing strength training and HIIT workouts. I had a serious injury and continued training with it, then I hit a wall and realized I had to take care of my body,” she once said of her Pilates practice.
“A friend later recommended an excellent Pilates instructor who specializes in rehabilitation pilates. Now I make sure to include pilates classes three times a week in my schedule and it has changed my life.
