Pablo and Marie-Chantal from Greece enjoy their holidays in the Peloponnese

Marie-Chantal and Pablo from Greece have enjoyed the summer with their fourth son, Prince Odysseas, who is now 17 years old. The family has traveled with their pet, a short-haired black dachshund, who usually accompanies them on almost all trips. Marie-Chantal in the pictures was wearing a white dress with a square neckline, puff sleeves and a midi length, a look summer that culminated in flat sandals in brown tied at the ankle. Her husband opted for shorts, a white shirt and brown loafers, an outfit he completed with a simple hat. The fourth of the five children from the marriage, Prince Odysseas wore patterned shorts in reddish hues, a light blue long-sleeved shirt and sunglasses holding his hair.

The family quietly strolled through the harbor of the island of Spetses, located in the Peloponnese, the place chosen by the princes Tatiana and Nicholas to celebrate their marriage. In addition, it is rumored that Princess Theodora could pass through the altar in the same spot, given the significance it holds for the entire family. Odysseas from Greece became an entrepreneur before coming of age. That same year, the young man founded his own clothing brand in New York, under the name gallows humorwhich he assures is a reflection of his personality.

The grandson of the kings Constantino and Ana María has chosen a very peculiar name for his fashion brand. gallows humor is the term used by the Anglo-Saxons to refer to black humor. The young man seems to be clear that his future lies in the fashion world and is thus following in the footsteps of his mother, designer and founder of the children’s clothing company that bears his name. This summer he launched his project with a collection of sportswear he named Evolution, and has a line of unisex sweatshirts, pants and t-shirts in a cream color with the brand’s logo embroidered on each garment. The prince poses himself with the clothes from his first collection on the Instagram account of the company, which today has almost 3,000 followers.

“Being positive doesn’t mean ignoring the negative. To be positive means to overcome the negative”, is the motto that the royal chooses for his clothing brand. Odysseas has the unconditional support of all members of his family. His sister Oylmpia wrote in her stories “Super enthusiastic”, along with an image of the prince dressed in one of his brand’s garments. It is likely that Odysseas takes his sister Olympia’s views into account more than the rest of his brothers, as she has also focused her professional career on the textile industry. The young woman is an influencer, model and ambassador of several brands. In addition, he launched his first line of cosmetic products a few months ago.

Odysseas will come of age next September and can already boast of his own company. Marie-Chantal and Pablo from Greece have had five children and last year 2020 they celebrated their happy silver anniversary. Their love story started in 1992 thanks to a blind date. The person responsible for uniting the couple was Alecko Papamarkou, a renowned New York banker who had a close relationship with all members of the Greek royal family. It seems that their love was at first sight and to date there has never been a crisis between them.

So Paul of Greece became one of the first crown princes to marry a civilian, something his cousin Felipe VI would repeat years later when he married the then journalist Letizia Ortiz. Roberti Miller, Marie-Chantal’s father, provided a $200 million dowry, as did her sisters, Pia and Alexandra. 1,300 guests attended the wedding, including King Juan Carlos and Queen Elizabeth II of England.
