A cosmetic nurse insisted actress Natalia Dyer “wouldn’t bother” after she sparked outrage by completing a list of cosmetic surgery procedures she could undergo.
TikTok star Miranda Wilson, 28, went viral on multiple social media platforms on Sunday after 27-year-old Dyer shared a now-deleted clip describing the plastic surgery she allegedly had and an edited view of the results.
Following a backlash from fans of the Stranger Things star, Wilson shared another video Monday, describing Dyer as “absolutely stunning” and explaining that she only used the actress as an example to highlight the types of cosmetic procedures that are available to the public.

Wilson explained, “I just wanted to come here and clear the air. I didn’t want to offend anyone, including Natalia.
‘I just made suggestions, not what to do, but what the options are.
“We do this as an advanced injector. We look at faces, evaluate and look at possibilities. It’s not about what to do or what to do, just options.’
She later revealed that she had Botox, lip and cheek fillers, and eyebrow lifts, taking her as an example while applying her cosmetic improvements.

She wrote the following note to the clip: “Hoping to clarify that I am not suggesting that Natalia NEEDS this job, this was just an example.
“Of course Natalia is absolutely beautiful just the way she is… that’s why she’s so successful. His photo was just an example.
“I’m sorry if people perceive this as bad or rude, that was not my intention” [sic].’
New Look: She then continued to use herself as an example when applying her cosmetic enhancements, revealing that she had been given Botox, lip and cheek fillers, and a brow lift.

In the original video, Wilson, who works at HēBē Skin Health in Laguna Beach, says, “Okay guys, let’s talk about Natalia Dyer from Stranger Things.
First of all, he killed it in Stranger Things. So if I was Natalia’s injector, I would.
Wilson believed it would be necessary to start with “these massagers treatment to make his face thinner” before adding “a little chin filler to fill his chin.”
She added that she would “add a little bit to her lips and then go in there and do some Botox” and she’ll also “raise a nice eyebrow to help her open her eyes.”
Famous Face: Dyer has played the lead role of Nancy Wheeler in Stranger Things since the Netflix series premiered in 2015.
It’s Not Cool: Social media users immediately expressed disdain for the video, citing the trend of celebrities changing their faces online.
She later revealed a photo of Dyer edited to reflect her recommendations for surgery, and fans were not impressed when they saw the final image completely changed Dyer’s face.
A follower shared the clip on Twitter and said, “I can never be famous because if someone made a video of me like this, I would be violent”
As one Twitter user noted, many immediately agreed, “that’s incredibly rude omg.”
Another added, “It’s a great example of giving your opinion when not asked.”
One person said: “Social media has done a lot of terrible things, and many of them much worse, but to spread the popular idea that beauty means everyone has the same face (imo).”
Another agrees: “I’m sick of these crazy people pushing this program and making everyone look like they were built in the same bear factory.”
Outraged: Other social media users have pointed out how harmful such clips are for impressive young women.
An enraged fan added: “Even if Natalia wasn’t absolutely beautiful before, this is a very terrible thing to do to someone.
“This woman is sick, I feel so sorry for all the kids bombarded with these sick messages that you have to change everything about your face to get to Instagram SameFace.”
Another simply commented, “This is really insane in a way I can’t express.”
‘Some people are happy with their natural appearance and are grateful for it. Also, not everyone wants to have plastic surgery and this is not even educational content,” he wrote. “This is so useless ma’am…”
One person complained: “How can we women love our natural looks when other women belittle us and then post love, girl power and feminist quotes on social media?”
Wilson removed the video after widespread backlash, but has yet to provide a comment or apology for the clip.
In a recent interview with The Independent, Dyer admitted that he had previously found the pressures of fame “hard to overcome”.
“As a private person, I feel like you leave people alone unless you talk about their job or what they want to talk about.”
Dyer has played Nancy Wheeler on Stranger Things since the hit Netflix series premiered in 2015.
The actress is currently in a relationship with her co-star Charlie Heaton, who plays Jonathan Byers in the hugely popular sci-fi movie.
