First Dates star Fred Sirieix spoke about his off-screen discussions with co-stars Gordon Ramsay and Gino D’Acampo.

The three friends starred in ITV’s Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip and they all have hilarious chemistry with each other on the show with frequent laughter, aggression, and bickering.

However, how do they get off the screen? Fred spoke exclusively to the trio about the relationship.

Fred said, “We argue all the time, all the time… We fight all the time.

“I try to keep the peace, I’m really in the middle, it’s like this when we shoot and when we don’t shoot and nobody wants to listen.

But has your cooking partner ever really mad at Fred when the cameras aren’t rolling?

“Always … But I don’t care, I literally don’t care.”

Sharing his friends’ most annoying habits, Fred explained: “I love them for who they are and for who they are.

“Gordon is always right, which can be boring sometimes, sometimes he’s wrong. He doesn’t understand, but we don’t say anything.

“Gino doesn’t want to do anything, he wants to do what he wants to do and he’s like ‘come on buddy’ and he’s like ‘I won’t’ and it’s like ‘fuck Gino’. But there’s nothing you can do, you can’t change them A leopard doesn’t change its spots, it’s just who it is and I think we’re too old to change now.

Fred is currently working on a campaign for the Health Tips for Travelers platform. Take care of Bugs.com which helps travelers find the right vaccination information for their trip.

The French head waiter said: “I think it’s a great campaign, beware of bugs. When you go on vacation, write down the destination and you will know what vaccinations you need to have before leaving.

“I wanted to be part of the campaign because it’s about vaccines and I think it’s an important science that has been around for hundreds of years.

“Life is difficult and dangerous enough to get vaccinated. Growing up, it was never a topic of discussion. I can’t remember a time like this when people questioned the validity of vaccination. ” so I think it’s really crazy. I believe in it and I think it is important to send the right message ”.
