The Rooney family was targeted by outraged animal rights activists after sharing a series of pictures of them on vacation in Dubai swimming with dolphins.
Television personality Coleen Rooney and her soccer player husband Wayne have come under criticism from animal rights activists.
The husband and wife went on a family vacation with their four children to Dubai, where they enjoyed boating, dining and swimming with dolphins.
Coleen shared a series of snaps from her free time saying she was “thankful” after staying in a £ 7,000 a night hotel.
However, after seeing the 36-year-old with her family in the water with the dolphins, an outraged World Animal Welfare representative criticized them for encouraging the practice.

They claimed that the marine mammals they visited ate in “small sterile concrete tubs 200,000 times smaller than their natural range.”
It appears that many of their 925,000 Instagram followers also agree that the family shouldn’t have been swimming with dolphins during their vacation.
Some people were so outraged that they said they would now stop following the star because they were disappointed in her.
One person commented, “No, no, please don’t swim with captive dolphins.”
Someone else said: “Wonderful vacation but one that promotes swimming [dolphin emojis] in the cages is a [red cross emoji]. It should promote the release of all animals in captivity for human enjoyment. Teach your children the right protective species and keep them in their free natural environment ”.

Another fan wrote: “Swimming with captive dolphins! Bothersome ! So disappointing! You don’t follow anymore “.
While another blurted out: “This really pisses me off! What selfishness to watch!”
talk with him mail online, Peter Kemple Hardy, campaign manager for the nonprofit organization, said millions of animal lovers like Coleen and his family are misled about dolphins.
He said: “Unfortunately, every year millions of animal lovers like the Rooney family are misled into thinking that the experiences of captive dolphins are humane, educational and useful for conservation efforts.
“Unfortunately, the industry makes billions of dollars by keeping dolphins in small sterile concrete tubs 200,000 times smaller than their natural range.
“Dolphins are wild animals and in their natural environment they swim freely over 100 square kilometers of ocean, sometimes much more.”

Peter continued: “We ask tourists to see dolphins in the wild with a responsible tour operator rather than in captivity and tour operators like TUI to follow the lead of Expedia, TripAdvisor, Virgin Holidays, British Airways Holidays and booking.com who have stopped enjoying the animations with the dolphins.
In the collection of vacation shots, the family of six smiled as they posed next to a dolphin while wearing matching yellow life jackets.
Another photo showed her son, Kit, receiving a kiss on the cheek from one of them while smiling at the camera.
Coleen captioned the series of pictures with the words: “We had the best family vacation of 2022. Dubai you were amazing #grateful”.
