Channel Nine host Peter Overton and his wife, Jessica Rowe, gave a rare glimpse into their private lives in their Sydney home.
The couple, who have been married for 18 years, shared a hilarious skit on Instagram on Tuesday, titled “Home News.”
Exciting footage showed the couple doing mundane chores around the house.

Then Jessica took out the trash while Peter was emptying the dishwasher.
The couple then took their pets for a walk before taking their kids to school to play sports.
“What are we doing on the weekend!” Jess explained the clip.
In a second clip, Peter was washing the car while Jessica was enjoying a few cups of coffee in bed.

Even Daisy the cat appeared on the news feed and said she wanted to be left alone.
Jess looked like a coffee queen, explaining that she likes mugs more in bed.
Peter later showed the couple doing the garden before taking their kids in the family SUV.
‘Okay, you asked for part 2 of our ‘home’ news! Here is our long weekend issue! ‘ said Jess.
“To my long-suffering husband – rolling his eyes and saying, ‘Pussycat, this isn’t fun!’ I really have to thank my husband. but it still does it for me!!!
The couple celebrated 18 years of marriage in January this year.

“Eighteen years ago today I made the best decision of my life: marry this sweet man!” Jess wrote a message to her husband.
And today we ‘celebrated’ by scrubbing the fridge before we moved in! (Actually, Petee did the washing up while I went on like pork chops!)’
The couple shares two daughters, 14-year-old Allegra and 12-year-old Giselle, and they first met when Jess was just 19 years old when she gained work experience on Channel Nine.

Jess said Peter was one of the few people who spoke to her during her work experience, and they met at Logies years later.
“As we were talking, ‘Why can’t I meet such a nice guy? Why am I not attracting really good and respectable people like this handsome man? ”she told Mamamia in May 2018.
“It was a nice evening, you know. We were just chatting and I went there and he went there.
“Eighteen years ago today I made the best decision of my life: marry this sweet man!” Jess wrote a post in January of this year celebrating 18 years of marriage.
Jessica later said she complained about her single status to her then-boyfriend and colleague, rugby league journalist Tony Peters.
She said she found Peter “really nice” and Tony revealed he knew him and offered to call him by his name.
Peter eventually agreed to take Jessica out, but only if he called her, which resulted in a “great evening” for them.
‘I thought, ‘Damn. I’ll call.” Because I’ve already asked guys out, sometimes you have to. I called Petey and she said, “I love your style,” and I’ll never forget.
Love: The couple has two daughters, Allegra 14 and Giselle, 12, and first met when Jess was 19 when she got work experience on Channel Nine.
