The third season of the “Saga over Vinland” is still not announced, but fans already have several important reasons to believe that it was not long to wait.
Fans of the “Saga over Vinland” have been waiting for news about the continuation for more than a year, but there is no official release date of the third season yet. Based on the pace of the work of the Mappa Studio and loading his graphic images, it is unlikely that the premiere will take place earlier than 2026, but earlier in 2027.
Why wait so long
After the end of the first season in December 2019, the second announcement only took place in the summer of 2021-Bijna for a year and a half. The same amount went to production and the prime minister took place in January 2023. Now Mappa has already painted large releases for 2025: The New Seasons of “Magic Battle”, “Hell Paradise” and “Man-Benzopili”. This reduces the opportunities to see Vinland in the near future.
Fans suggest that the announcement of the third season can be dedicated to Mile Pole Dates, for example, January 9, 2026, on the third anniversary of the premiere of the second season.

If the announcement will take place at the beginning of 2026, the standard production cycle of Mappa will lead the premiere for the summer of the 2027 for a year and a half. Optimists hope for a release in 2026, but so far there are no confirmations of this.
In the meantime, waiting for the official newsmary will continue to appear next year at one of the major Anime festivals.
