Sophia Banadinovich, daughter of Australian actor Eric Bana, officially launched her modeling career after signing with Melbourne-based agency The Talent Buro.
Speaking to L’araldo del sol, the 20-year-old dancer said she has expanded her interests with the support of her family and friends.
“I think dance and modeling complement each other in many ways,” she told the publication.
Sophia Banadinovich, the 20-year-old daughter of Australian actor Eric Bana, started her modeling career after joining an agency in Melbourne.
“As dancers, we are taught from an early age to have a strong awareness of our bodies, our physicality and how we care.
“Modelling is something I would never have considered personally, but with the guidance and support of my friends and family, why did I decide not to try it? I’m definitely a newbie but I can’t wait to see where it can go! ‘
Sophia added that while she was studying dance, she did not give up acting and following in her father’s footsteps as an actress.

“Acting is something I want to try if I can give it more focus, time and energy,” he said.
In December 2020, Sophia announced that she was enrolled in a dance class at the university.
“I’m about to start dancing full time in college,” The Daily Telegraph † said, “I really have no idea where I’m going.”
When it comes to advising her famous father (pictured) on starting a business, Sophia admits she tries not to trust him too much.
While her famous father may or may not give her advice on how to get into business, Sophia admits she’s trying not to “trust her too much”.
“He doesn’t talk much about it. I’m just trying to figure it out myself, I don’t want to rely too much on him. If I have any questions, I can ask them,” he added.
Eric and his wife, Rebecca Gleeson, share Sophia and their 24-year-old son, Klaus, together.
However, the couple kept their children relatively out of the spotlight as they grew up, and Sophia was “happy” with what they did.
“I’m really glad they did this because it would have been so different growing up,” she admits.
