This is not the first time by law or controversy, as the actor was arrested for drug possession in June 2011.
The actor was stopped while he was a passenger in a vehicle in Pittsburgh, and police found 20 grams of marijuana.
A judge would later drop the drug charges, but they were charged with misconduct twice and fined $600.

Not the first: This isn’t Miller’s first meeting or dispute between law enforcement, as the actor was arrested for drug possession in June 2011.
The actor found himself in boiling water in April 2020 when a video appeared in Reykjavik, Iceland, where a video appeared of them throwing a drowning woman to the ground.
A bartender identified the person in the video as Miller and was ejected from the building.
It also made headlines last January when they posted a video on Instagram threatening members of the Ku Klux Klan operating in Beulaville, North Carolina, which was later removed.
