Royal experts have announced that some of Prince Philip’s greatest grandchildren will attend the funeral today to commemorate their beloved great-grandfathers.
These may include the five greatest great-grandchildren Savannah Phillips, 11, Isla Phillips, 10, Prince George, eight, Mia Tindall, eight, and Princess Charlotte, six.
The Duke of Edinburgh’s other grandchildren are Prince Louis and Lena Tindall, both three, and their children August Brooksbank, Lucas Tindall and Sienna Mapelli Mozz, all born last year.
Some of Prince Philip’s great-grandchildren are expected to attend the funeral today to commemorate their beloved great-grandfathers, royal experts said in a statement. These could be Cambridge’s eldest children, Prince George, eight, and Princess Charlotte, six.
Greater grandchildren might also be Mia Tindall on the left, Isla Phillips in the middle, and Savannah Phillips on the right.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children, two-year-old Archie and nine-month-old Lilibet, are staying with the couple in California.
Around 1,800 guests, including senior members of the royal family, will attend the ceremony at Westminster Abbey.
The Duke of Edinburgh’s four children, Charles’ husbands Anne and Edward, the Duchess of Cornwall, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy and the Countess of Wessex will also be present.
Prince Andrew will rarely appear in public and it is speculated that the Duchess of York may have received an invitation as well.
Seven of Prince Philip’s eight grandchildren will attend, including the Duke of Cambridge, Zara Tindall, and Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice, all with their husbands.
The only grandchild who missed the event is the Duke of Sussex.
The Queen is said to be determined to travel to London to celebrate the long and prolific life of her husband, Philip, in what will be the first major public appearance outside Windsor Castle in about six months.
Royal aides revealed that the 95-year-old monarch was “actively involved” in service plans at Westminster Abbey “with many elements reflecting His Majesty’s wishes” when the service order was announced overnight.
It includes several items that the Duke had planned for his funeral in April last year, but were banned by Covid restrictions at the time.
These include the participation of the Duke of Edinburgh’s (DofE) Gold Award winners and Marine Cadets, the congregation’s express desire to sing the overwhelming hymn to Guide Me, O Great Savior and the clergy of Windsor, Sandringham and the royal estates. Balmoral will play a special role.
Her funeral in St George’s Chapel in Windsor was limited to just 30 mourners at the time of the epidemic, and public singing was prohibited while the queen sat alone in a mask.
Today, there are approximately 1,800 guests, including representatives of numerous charities of which the Duke is patronized or chaired, the British and European royalty, Boris and Carrie Johnson and Sir David Attenborough.
