The radio host spoke of the upcoming Jubilee celebrations to celebrate 70 years of service to the Queen, praising her for being a “constant” presence for all.
Radio host Naga Munchetty praised the queen for her “constant” presence before the Jubilee weekend.
Speaking on his Five Live radio show on Wednesday afternoon, June 1, he discussed the monarch and upcoming celebrations.
As people across the country prepare to celebrate the Queen’s 70 years of service to the people, the radio show will pay tribute to Her Majesty next Friday.
Showing what people can expect from the Jubilee show, Naga shared some of her feelings for the monarch.
He said, “It’s Jubilee weekend, did you know this weekend? Have you noticed? It happens! “

Naga continued: “There is a lot to do. Now listen, no matter what you think of the royal family, what is undeniable is that the queen has been a constant presence in all of our lives for the past 70 years. “
The radio host then informed his listeners of a special that would take place on Friday on the station.
Naga said he would reflect on the personal connections that Five Live listeners told them to share with Queen.
He encouraged listeners to get in touch to share their personal stories and upcoming plans on how to celebrate the Jubilee weekend.

In another segment of her two-hour show, we overheard someone recount a memory of meeting the queen and her sense of humor.
Referring to the comment, Naga said: “I heard the queen has a wicked sense of humor, I like it.”
It wasn’t the only time Naga showed some enthusiasm for the Jubilee celebrations as she dealt a heavy blow to her colleague on the BBC’s Breakfast show.
Naga was showing up alongside her usual co-host Charlie Stayt when they saw live footage of the new Union Jack flag banner installed on Regent Street.

After showing enthusiasm for the decorations before calling the stamina “fabulous,” the camera cut through meteorologist Matt, who was waiting for the shot.
Naga said: “If you wanted a contrast to the bustling city with some quiet, then let’s go to …
“Well, if Matt had run away from the camera, we would have had some peace.”
The presenters all burst out laughing before the time star replied, “The view would be so much better.”
