Sara Cox unveiled her incredible body transformation after quitting alcohol to embark on a grueling workout regimen.

The popular radio host took to Instagram to share the results of her 10-week workout regimen while showing off her amazing new body.

Sara, 47, wowed her fans with muscled images as she displayed her toned six pack and bulging biceps.

Thanking fellow Radio Two host Rylan Clark for her help in supporting her transformation, Sara, who was once known as “Ladette” for her party antics, confirmed she stopped drinking to improve her fitness. . .

Wearing a dark blue sports bra and biker shorts, she posed for the camera and showed off her impressive muscles to wow her fans online.

Sara also shared a snippet of her training schedule with her followers to help them see what a typical day at the gym means for her.

Sara captioned the photos: “YASSSSSS done and after 10 weeks I feel great. Really enjoyed not drinking despite 2 large family celebrations AND an all inclusive vacation in the wagon was a challenge but well worth it.

“I’ve been in good shape for a while, but I really needed a boost and it was great.

Sara’s celebrity friends were quick to congratulate her on her makeover with Oti Mabuse of Strictly Come Dancing, writing: “Omgggggg @djsaracox you are beautiful”.
