Georgia Kousoulou reveals she ‘made Tommy Mallet sign a contract’ to ensure her wedding in Spain ‘still goes ahead’

Georgia Kousoulou got Tommy Mallet to sign a contract to ensure he comes to her wedding in Spain.

Former TOWIE stars Georgia, 32, and Tommy, 31, tied the knot in a secret, intimate ceremony in London on December 1, 2023, but will have a second, more lavish celebration in the sun this summer with their bigger friends and have her family.

Tommy was initially reluctant to commit to another wedding, so Georgia revealed that she has since drawn up a contract and had it signed for her own peace of mind.

Georgia said OK! Magazine: “It was pretty last minute.” I discussed it, but I didn’t think much of it – that’s why it went so well. It was so much fun and we had the most amazing day. They all came, the immediate family.

“It was perfect, absolutely perfect.” It was so funny because I haven’t told a few friends yet. I decided to post it on Instagram and it went everywhere. They would be [put out] if there was not a second part!’

Tommy was initially reluctant to commit to another wedding, so Georgia revealed that she has since drawn up a contract and had it signed for her own peace of mind.

She continued: “I had Tommy sign a contract – I wrote it myself – so the wedding would still take place in Spain.” I was afraid he would say, “We’re married now,” but I liked it. It made him want to get married even more!’

The couple celebrated their nine-year anniversary together on Halloween last year and Tommy proposed after eight years together on a beach gazebo surrounded by roses in Georgia after flying to Mexico for a family vacation in February 2022.

The couple unfortunately had a miscarriage in April 2023, which was documented on her reality show.

Speaking about the tragic event, Georgia said: “[It] It was a chromosome problem and a very rare case and they told me it wouldn’t happen again.

“But I think you will always be afraid. They want to make sure everything is right.”

The couple previously called off their wedding in May 2023 due to the miscarriage that occurred a month earlier.

Tommy said at the time: “The wedding next year will be bigger than ever.” We put off wedding planning after losing the baby.

“We were supposed to fly to Mallorca to plan the wedding and have time to ourselves, but we didn’t go because we discovered the miscarriage.”

“But we haven’t canceled anything. We are strong, we have a big day to plan and Georgia needs it too.

“I want her to have the same middle name and she deserves to have a really good day now and next year we’ll get there.”

The reality star said he’s always lived his life with the mentality, “What’s meant to be, is meant to be.”

Georgia announced the news of her London wedding on Instagram two days after the wedding, writing: “On December 1st… we did something.” (sic)

“After a challenging year. We decided that we want to end the year happy, in love and together as husband and wife.

“Wedding part 2 coming soon,” she finished, adding the country code for Spain.

In September, Georgia recruited some of her former TOWIE co-stars as bridesmaids for her upcoming wedding with dinner and drinks at Sheesh restaurant in Essex.

It was certainly a busy night for Georgia as she asked TOWIE pals including Chloe Lewis, Lydia Bright, Chloe Ross and Amber Dowding to be by her side on her big day.
