Body Coach star Joe Wicks has revealed he was in love with wife Rosie for eight years before they got together.
The 38-year-old social media superstar found the former glamor model, 33, “so hot” and “literally my dream woman” after admiring her photos while working on construction sites.
The online PE teacher admitted he even staged his “accidental” first encounter with the bomb.
He told The Sun: “Apparently I was buying newspapers and working on a building site.” So I watched her in The Sun, Nuts and Zoo for seven or eight years.
“I always thought she was so beautiful. My dream woman in the truest sense of the word. When my friend was DJing at that rave and I knew she was going to be there, I really wanted to meet her… I just hoped she was a nice person too.”

Joe described Rosie as “just as beautiful in real life” and explained how the couple’s relationship developed after they met at a party the night before the release of his first book in 2015.
He added: “We became boyfriend and girlfriend and from then on we just went crazy. I was madly in love and couldn’t live without her.
“I was thirty, she wanted someone there and I knew early on that I wanted to spend my life with her.”
The couple married in a fairytale forest ceremony in June 2019, seven months after confirming their engagement.
Joe and Rosie now have three children together; Daughter Indie, five, son Marley, four, and daughter Leni, 15 months.
The couple previously revealed that they met and fell in love eight years ago at the Coachella festival in California.
When Joe posed at the festival in April 2023, he beamed from ear to ear, calling it “a special place for us”.
He wrote on his Instagram page: “Our last day at Coachella.” We came here 7 years ago when we first met and fell in love. It has been a special place for us ever since. Shout out to my mother that she has children so we can celebrate together again.”

Joe previously revealed that meeting Rosie allayed his fears about marriage – and that he wants to grow old with her and be a role model for their little girl.
“When I was younger, I always thought it was such a difficult decision to marry a girl. I never understood how anyone could make that choice,” he told The Sun.
“But as I grew up and met Rosie, the fear of something going wrong disappeared.
“Maybe I should have done it earlier, but I’m so happy, I want to be like those old couples you see walking down the street holding hands. ‘It’s possible, I want to fall into that category.’
He added: “As Indie gets older, she’ll say, ‘Oh look, my mom and dad have been married for 30 years and they’re still happy.’
“I want her to believe in love, I wanted to show her that I will be there through thick and thin – that I will never let her down.”
Joe’s first book, Lean in 15: The Shift Plan, sold 77,000 copies in its opening week, and he published two more books in the series the following year.
During the lockdown following the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, he became even more successful as the leading home fitness trainer on the Internet with his live workouts “PE With Joe”.
The former teaching assistant set a Guinness World Record in 2020 for the most viewers of a YouTube live stream with almost a million people.

The online PE teacher admitted he even staged his “accidental” first encounter with the bombshell (pictured together in August 2021).
