Danny Masterson will spend New Year’s Eve in his new cell at North Kern State Prison in Delano, California, where he was transferred last week to begin serving his lengthy sentence for raping two women.
The former actor, 47, will have a limited schedule as he adjusts to the rules and regulations of the medium-security prison in the California desert.
According to TMZ, Masterson must go through a receiving and classification process that could take up to 90 days.
During that time he will be part of what the prison privileged group calls U.

The California Department of Corrections allows one call there for the first week, but after that it is limited to one per month until the classification process is completed.
The former That ’70s Show star will have access to the garden and leisure facilities during this time.
The paper reported that sources close to Masterson said he has shown “extraordinary strength of mind and spirit” while incarcerated in the Los Angeles County Jail and that he hopes his conviction is overturned on appeal.
A jury convicted the actor in May of two counts of rape committed in 2003, and he was hanged on a third rape charge. Prosecutors said they would not pursue those charges to secure a conviction.
During the lawsuit, Jane Doe called Masterson a “true cowardly and heartless monster,” adding that to this day she suffers from an extreme fear of the dark and often wakes up crying.
Sometimes, she said, she hides in a closet or yells out the window, “I’m not okay.”
“I think life imprisonment is an appropriate sentence,” she said.

The woman continued to tell the room that she was born into a family of Scientologists, and when she reported the rape to the church, a high-ranking official “made it clear that Danny is untouchable.”

Jane Doe 2 – whose actor was also convicted of rape – met Masterson at a bar in 2003 and gave him her phone number. He called her and invited her to his house.
She left, and after drinking and sitting in his hot tub, she found herself in the bathroom shower with him where, she told the jury, he “suddenly thrust his penis into her vagina … She said no said, I said no.” “Sex.”
They ended up in Masterson’s bed, where, despite her protests, he turned her over and began hitting her from behind “like a jackhammer,” she testified, adding that she felt “like a limp rag doll.”

Jane Doe 3 – who was accused of rape by Masterson but not found guilty – lived with Masterson for six years. She was just 17 when she met him and he convinced her to become a Scientologist, she told the court.
About a year into their relationship, he became very “controlling … and sexually aggressive” — she would often wake up in the night and he would sit on top of her and have sex with her, she said.
In one such incident in November 2001, when she woke up to find him having sex with her, she said no and tried to push him away, the court heard.
When that didn’t work, she pulled his hair. But he retaliated by punching her in the face and calling her “white trash”, she told the jury.
After his conviction, Masterson was expelled from the Church of Scientology and declared a “suppressive person” — or “SP” — which the church defines as someone whose behavior is intended to hinder the spiritual progress of those around him.
Masterson’s wife, Bijou Phillips, was by his side during his trial, but has since filed for divorce. They share daughter Fianna, who turns 10 in February (pictured in Los Angeles in May).
A third woman who accused Masterson of raping her while they were together accused the Church of Scientology of silencing her about her allegations. The actor was expelled from school after his conviction and declared a “suppressive person”.
The designation means other Scientologists, including his wife Bijou Phillips and his family, must cut all ties with the convicted rapist.
But even after the expulsion, the church continues to insist that Masterson is innocent of all charges, according to insiders.
Phillips (43) supported her husband through both trials, but just 12 days after his sentencing on September 7, she filed for divorce after 12 years of marriage.
She revealed in her filing that she and Masterson have been living apart for five years.
