Jennifer Lopez congratulated her mother on her birthday. The Hollywood diva published an archive photo of Guadalupe Rodriguez holding her in her arms.
The singer’s relationship with her mother did not always go well. In one of the interviews, the star admitted that she had experienced psychological violence in the family. The mother “beat the crap out” of her daughter, who dreamed of dancing. Due to constant arguments, J. Lo ran away from home at the age of 18.
Only over the years were conflicts resolved. Today, family members support each other. A new post on Lopez’s personal blog is proof of this.
In the photo, young Guadalupe turned sideways to the photographer and looked tenderly at her dark-haired baby. It is worth noting that Jennifer has a mother’s profile: a small, neat nose, a small forehead and a slightly protruding chin.
