Kourtney Kardashian admits she and Travis Barker weren’t “trying” to get pregnant

The reality star, who welcomed her fourth child earlier this month, revealed she was pregnant in the episode and explained what her experience was like after hearing the happy news.

“It happened on Valentine’s Day,” he said of the new addition’s design. “I mean, people always told us, ‘When you stop trying, it’ll just happen.’”

“We stopped doing IVF probably two months before our wedding and it took a year for all those hormones and chemicals to get out of my system,” she continued. “We weren’t trying at all. I wasn’t even tracking my ovulation anymore. We decided to put it in God’s hands and thought it just wasn’t going to happen. “We were accepting it and then…God’s plan.”

Kourtney then added that “it’s truly a miracle to be able to get pregnant and have a child with the love of my life.”

The worried father also spoke about the need for emergency surgery on the fetus in September. “This experience opened my eyes to a whole new world about pregnancy that I didn’t know before,” he explained. “It was terrifying. And I learned that insurance usually only covers two ultrasounds when you’re pregnant, I had no idea. “I’ve always been lucky to have more than what insurance covers, and it was one of those ultrasounds that saved my baby’s life.”
