Anne-Marie was nowhere to be seen when the Geordie star touched down at Brisbane Airport last week, while Dec was repeatedly spotted with his wife Ali Astall and their two children.
Her supposed absence comes as he celebrates his 48th birthday tomorrow.
Anne-Marie, who married Ant two years ago, had been by his side in Oz for several years.
And in 2019, she even took her two daughters with her from her wedding to ex-husband Scott Corbett.

A show source told MailOnljne: “This year it doesn’t look like she’s with him before the show starts next Sunday.”
“She is nowhere to be seen, even though she has been with Ant several times. If she’s not there, Ant will celebrate his birthday without her.”
Earlier this week, Dec was spotted frolicking on the Gold Coast with his wife Ali Astall and their two children Isla, five, and one-year-old Jack.
It comes after Ant and Anne-Marie were spotted bundled up heavily in coats and holding hands on a dog walk in west London ten days before the star left.
Families traditionally join the dynamic duo who have hosted the show since it began 22 years ago. Last year Ant and Anne-Marie walked hand in hand and enjoyed lunch on Coolangatta Beach.
It was the couple’s first time together as a married couple on I’m A Celebrity in Australia, and Ant’s PA wife was her two teenage daughters from her previous marriage, Poppy and Daisy, who she shares with her ex Woman had. Man, Scott.
