Ainsley Harriott came to the rescue of a woman who fell into the water on Monday, the first day of the Chelsea Flower Show in London.
Viewers say the 65-year-old TV chief saved the woman from drowning after she stumbled and fell into the water.
Ainsley was seen lying on the ground near the pond in the garden of Chelsea Hospital, checking out the visitor with other passers-by.

A group, including DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles, was admiring the BBC showroom on Monday morning when the incident occurred.
The woman swallowed large amounts of water and had to be pulled from the tight water feature by celebrities attending Our Green Planet and RHS Bee Garden exhibits.
Paramedics arrived at the scene shortly after she was pulled out of the water and taken to the hospital, but the condition of the woman is not yet known.
A guest told Il Sole: ‘The garden was full of people and I think the woman fell into the pond or tripped over her and fell into the water.

“I think he nearly drowned. It was taken by Ainsley Harriott and a few other celebrities before I laid him down. He coughed up a lot of water.
Nick Knowles saw Ainsley helping the woman after he was photographed with his girlfriend Katie Dadzie at the start of the event.
Matt Peskett, an RHS volunteer who saw the incident, said: “The Telegraph allegedly showed visitors the garden during its public opening on Tuesday, but authorities have now set up barriers that could restrict tours.
“There were 30-40 celebrities and they were all drinking champagne,” Peskett said.
“I hope they don’t continue like this tomorrow, it would be a shame.”
