Who is ready for the Burlesque see it again now? Cristina Aguilera showed off his Halloween costume for 2023 and became Cherespecially your character Burlesque. Christina, 42, and Cher, 77, starred together in the 2010 film.
“Tess & Ali 4EVER,” the “Reflection” singer captioned a reel on Instagram. Tess and Ali are the names of Cher and Christina’s characters in Burlesque. Christina’s lip synced audio from the movie where Ali asks Tess which dance she wants to see. Tess says, “Watusi wagon wheel.”
Christina wore a skintight black jumpsuit with chains and fishnet stockings. She wore a black wig with huge curls. She danced in the studio sporting her Halloween look.

In a separate post, Christina wrote a heartfelt message to her former co-star. “On my favorite day of the year, it’s fitting to turn back the clock and honor OG pioneer @cher,” The voice alum began. “Cher’s message through her music and style has left an indelible mark on the world and to this day I can’t believe I had the opportunity to work with such a legend! No one will ever be able to take the place of the great and powerful Cher. The love and respect I have for you is infinite.”
Burlesque celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2020, and Christina praised Cher in an interview with to the creed. “She truly IS an incredible woman and a force of nature,” the singer said. “I respect her talent, her genuine and direct way of saying things as she sees them, of making her own rules and helping pave the way for so many other women in future generations.”
The “Believe” singer noted that one of her “favorite scenes” to film was with Xtina. “One of my favorite scenes is when I was helping Christina do her makeup,” Cher said. “It was all very spontaneous. She reminded me of when I was little and my mother and all her friends used to do makeup together.
The film also starred Cam Gigandet, Kristen Bell, Stanley Tucci, Eric Dane, Julianne Houghand more. Cher’s performance of “You Haven’t Seen the Last of Me”, written by Diana WarrenIt won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song.
