milk – 250 ml;
dry yeast – 6-7 g;
flour – 225 g;
chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
vegetable oil – 100 ml;
salt – 8 g.
Pour dry yeast into the milk and put everything on the stove. Heat the liquid to 40 degrees. This is an important condition for an airy dough. Then add eggs, salt and vegetable oil.
Mix well so that no lumps form. You can use a mixer, but on low speed. Let the dough sit in a warm place for at least 15 minutes. Then fry in a dry frying pan that is heated to the maximum on both sides.
