Brittany went on to say that she goes for walks every day and “does a few miles” to tire out her Australian Shepherd, Delilah.

‘Food is life! “I am strong, fit and healthy and eat what I want in moderation, because life is about balance,” she wrote on Instagram in 2019.
“I love what my body can do.” “It’s so good for my mental health, it gives me energy and I don’t feel like myself unless I’ve at least gone for a walk outside.”
She said she is “older, plumper and stronger” and has decided to put her personal health and happiness above all fad diets and exercise.
Brittany said she focuses on walking a lot and eating a balanced diet rather than trying to aim for a specific body type.
