Renat Agzamov is known as a TV presenter and the best pastry chef in the country. Today every housewife dreams of trying a cake according to his recipes. Recently such an opportunity arose.

A recipe for honey cake from a favorite pastry chef has surfaced on the Internet. The great thing about this cake is that it is so versatile. It is often loved by both adults and children. Therefore, the presence of delicacies on the table will delight the whole family.

Ingredients

Cakes:

  • Chicken eggs – 3 pieces;
  • Homemade honey – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • Granulated sugar – 300 g;
  • Flour – 700 g;
  • Soda – 1 teaspoon;
  • Butter – 90 g.

Cream:

  • Cow’s milk 2.5% – 600 ml;
  • Egg yolk – 4 pieces;
  • Flour – 700 g;
  • Sugar – 200 g;
  • Butter – 130 g;
  • Vanillin – 5 g.

Cooking method

1. Prepare the cakes

Mix the eggs, sugar and honey first with a spoon and then in a mixer. Heat the resulting mass over low heat. We wait until the sugar crystals have dissolved.

Slowly add the flour and mix everything with your hands. Divide the dough into eight balls and cover them with cling film. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.

2. Prepare the cream

Mix flour, sugar, vanillin and egg yolks with butter in a mixer. Place on the fire while stirring. When the mass reaches a homogeneous consistency, remove from heat. Cover the bowl with the cream with cling film and let cool.

3. Bake the cakes

Remove the dough balls from the refrigerator and roll them out one by one on baking paper. Then bake them one by one in the oven at 180 degrees for four minutes.

Place the baked cakes on top of each other and brush each with cream. We cut off the edges, but do not throw away the crumb. We coat the new shape.

Innings

In the program “Battle of the Chefs” Renat Agzamov recommends decorating the cake with crumbs from the leftovers. Serve on the table.
