The newest member of the Wiggles, John Pearce, has revealed the health and fitness secrets behind his muscular physique.
The 31-year-old former Justice Crew star says she stays fit by starting her day with a glass of water, black coffee, and a half-hour bodyweight workout.
Speaking to the Daily Telegram, the passionate artist said, “Your body is the product of your habits. It is the most important asset you can have, because without it you can’t do anything.’

“I believe a holistic approach to overall health is the key to a healthy body,” she added.
“This includes a consistent fitness routine along with a balance of high-quality nutrition and enjoying the foods you love in moderation.”
Sharing some of his father’s wisdom, John said it was important to grasp every moment, live in the moment, and not take life too seriously. He also says that smiling, sleeping well, and being social are key factors for good mental health.
Now wearing a purple tank top in the hit boy band, John is currently training clinical nutrition with The Wiggles’ Fruit Salad TV Big Show Tour.

John claims to have applied his new knowledge by experimenting with different training and nutrition methods.
He likes to listen to music or watch TV to relax.

Announced as a new member of The Wiggles last August, the actor has proven popular with viewers.
He joined new artists, including 15-year-olds. The Ethiopian is named after Tsehay Hawkins and the 45-year-old Chinese-Australian Kelly Hamilton, who has performed with artists such as Beyoncé and Pink.
Rounding out the newcomers is 24-year-old Cairns native dancer Evie Ferris.

Ninja: John starred in the first season of Ninja Warrior, which aired on Channel Nine in 2017.
The series will also feature three new non-binary characters, including a dancing cop named Agent Beaples, unicorn Shirley Shawn, and hand puppet Bok.
