The former supermodel (68) was hospitalized and later had to withdraw from filming for last year’s All-Star Show in South Africa.
Janice’s accident reportedly happened towards the end of filming and saw her fall over a cable in storage in the dark and land on the ground.
A source told The Sun On Sunday the incident happened because the star was looking for the toilet but got lost and ended up falling.
After the nasty trip that left her head bleeding, she suffered a concussion, a black eye, bruised cheeks, a split lip and broken hands.

Viewers watch as a group of 15 soap stars, reality TV personalities and sports icons enter the camp.
A source previously told The Sun: “It’s a different format to Australia, who knows when and where celebrities will enter the camp, literally anything can happen.
“It is not clear how many will start in the camp or how many will end when someone is crowned, possibly for a second time, as king or queen of the jungle.
“It’s literally the best of ‘I’m a Celebrity’, but there are quite a few twists and turns and surprises along the way for viewers and campers, so it won’t be as easy as you might think.”
