Jenna Bush Hager Admits Her Ex Dumped Her After Seeing Her ‘In A Swimsuit’

Jenna Bush HagerShe, 41, revealed her ex boyfriend dumped her after seeing her in a swimsuit, during an argument with her co-host hoda kotb in this Wednesday’s episode Today. The talk show host opened up about the shocking experience when the topic of body image came up. “It’s very interesting because people really hit where it hurts the most,” he said of the difficult times a person can have.

“I had a boyfriend in seventh grade who broke up with me after we went swimming together after he saw me in a bathing suit,” she continued. “I feel like sometimes when I feel good, I have three kids, three C-sections, I really feel in my body and I consider that a beautiful thing, I get in a pool and have a moment. “

Jenna, who is the mother of his children, thousands9, poppy7, and hal, 3, further admitted that the pain she went through during that time inspired her to raise her offspring as “loving” humans. “All we want is to love children. We don’t need the star child, this, that. We want kids who are kind,” she said. “The way you do that is by modeling it.”

The singer took to the popular social media platform to speak out against body-shamers and encourage others not to comment on whether or not they think someone’s body looks good, because you never know what that person is going through. He also talked about how when many people thought she was the healthiest, she wasn’t.

“And personally, for me, the body you compared my current body to was the least healthy version of my body,” she shared. “I was on a lot of antidepressants, drinking and eating poorly, and was at the nadir of my life when I looked what you would consider healthy, but I really wasn’t.”
