She recently posted a gallery of throwback photos from her time on Ramsay Street on Instagram, originally taken for a 1990s magazine.

“Someone sent me this blast from the past on Twitter,” Rebecca wrote in the caption. Why were the 90s so unkind? But mom and dad look cute.”
Neighbors fans were quick to share their excitement for the flashback photos, with one commenting: “This is how I remember you when I saw you.”
Another said the “photos should be appreciated”, but perhaps “not the hat”.

After leaving the soap, she starred in the Australian series Blue Heelers and Pig’s Breakfast before appearing in several British stage productions, including the RSC’s Romeo and Juliet (2002) and The Wizard of Oz (2003).
She also had a short-lived role as a backpacker in the British soap Coronation Street.
After living in Europe and America for ten years, she returned to Australia in 2011 to study Political Science and Media and Communication at the University of Melbourne.
She stuck to journalism at ABC for news and current affairs before immigrating to Germany to work at Deutsche Welle in Berlin.
