It seems that things ran their course in between tiger forest and his girlfriend of five years, Eric Hermann. From PEOPLENew documents have emerged in which the 38-year-old former restaurant manager claimed in a lawsuit that he owed her $30 million for locking her out of her home during an apparent break-in in October 2022. In the lawsuit (which was obtained by the agency l March 8, amid news that Erica is seeking to void her confidentiality agreement), a defendant company reacted to Erica’s lawsuit.
“EM. Herman responded to the infringement by filing this lawsuit,” the response document, filed by attorneys for the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust, reads. Bottom “locked her out of the residence, took her personal belongings and told her she could not come back.” Herman also claimed to have more than $40,000 in cash that was “misappropriated” by Tiger from his ex-wife. Elin Nordegren he also resides there.
The company asked an arbitrator to hear the matter, after Erica said she had an oral agreement through the trust granting her permission to reside in Tiger’s home for another five years. You are suing for damages, including attorneys’ fees, under the Florida Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
The additional bombshell came after Erica allegedly filed documents seeking to void a confidentiality agreement with Tiger, citing a pair of federal laws that allow NDAs to be voided in cases of sexual harassment or assault, for Page six. That report, too, surfaced on Wednesday.
The laws, the Speak Out Act and the Ending Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Forced Arbitration Act of 2021, are relatively new, so Erica is reportedly hoping to clarify questions about whether her NDA is still “valid or enforceable” . The news seemed to point to a shaky split between the two years. Tiger and Erica, who already ran a top golf restaurant, have been dating since 2017.
